No Excuses Summit Tickets:

If you attend the event and by Saturday, April 21st, 2012, before 4pm PST, you are not completely satisfied with the event, simply let the people at our registration table know and we'll refund your ticket purchase on the spot. You MUST be present at the event location at registration table at the Cosmopolitan Hotel Las Vegas to request a refund before 4pm PST.

So if you sit through Friday and Saturday, and you decide this event is not for you, request a refund by 4pm on Saturday at the event and we'll give it to you - no questions asked!

Otherwise, no refunds will be granted.

No Excuses VIP Passes:

If you purchase a VIP Pass to No Excuses Summit, but decide you don't want it anymore, you must request a refund by April 13th, 2012 11:59pm PST. No refunds will be given on 'VIP Passes' after April 13th, 2012. No exceptions.

No Excuses Summit II or III DVDs:

You have 30 days (upon receipt of the DVD set) to decide if the DVD set is for you. If you decide that the DVD set is not for you within those 30 days, please first email our support at:

In the subject of the email, put “Refund request for [[[your name]]]”.  We will then issue a RA# AND a return address to you within 72 hours.  You must then put that RA# on the shipping box containing all No Excuses Summit 2 material and attach a piece of paper in the box with that number printed on it. 

We will grant you a full refund upon receipt of the returned package (you are responsible for return shipping).

No refunds will be granted on requests made past these 30 days. Any packages received past the refund period will be returned to the sender. All damaged package will also be returned to the sender and denied refund (you're again responsible for the shipment).

No Excuses Summit Live Stream:

No refunds on the Live Streaming.

Your refund request MUST be emailed to our support team before 4 PM PST, April 19th, 2011, otherwise, no refunds will be granted.
